The structure of the wire helix high-pressure hose includes the inner glue layer, the reinforcing layer and the outer glue layer, the reinforcing layer has 2, 4 or 6 layers of wire, and the hose assembly is used to increase strength and pressure resistance.

Typically, the inner glue layer can determine the transmission medium and cut off contact with the media and wire. The outer adhesive layer protects the wire layer from external wear or corrosion. The strength of the high-pressure rubber hose depends on the number of layers of the wire, from 2 to 6 layers.

Hydraulic hose assembly is commonly used in hydraulic support, lifting, transportation, mining, marine, oil drilling, agricultural machinery, etc. In modern industrial environments, high-pressure hoses have been widely used in a wide range of industries to transport a variety of media.

Multi-layer high-pressure wire spiral hoses are made of special rubber materials to ensure oil and heat-resistant aging, low deformation at high pressure, and excellent fatigue resistance. The mediums transported by hydraulic hoses include soluble oils, mineral hydraulic oils, lubricants and oil-soluble petroleum-based classes, emulsions, oil-water emulsions and other water-based liquids. Under harsh conditions, the operating temperature ranges from -40toC to 120C, the operating pressure range is 31MP to 120MP, and the hose material is made of special synthetic rubber.

A wide variety of wire screw hoses include 2SP, 4SP, 6SP, R9, R12, R13, R15, rubber hoses of different sizes depending on the working environment and are carefully customized to the requirements.
