Chemical Suction Hoses are flexible rubber hoses to deliver various chemicals like acid, alkali and solvent. In order to improve the corrosion and chemical resistance, there is an ultra high molecular weight polyethylene lining inside the hose. Thus it can transfer chemicals for long term.
Tube: White, Smooth Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) lined EPDM
Reinforcement: Multi plies high strength synthetic fabric and helix wire.
Cover: EPDM, resistant to chemical, weather and ozone, blue, green wrapped
Temperature: -40℃ to + 120℃ (-72℉ to +248℉)
Flexible Chemical Hose is a high pressure and high temperature suction and discharge hose designed to handle many commonly used acids, alkalis and solvents. Chemical hose pipe has excellent chemical resistance itself. However, we add an Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) lining on the inner tube. Then the chemical resistance has been greatly improved. Therefore, it has a longer service life in long-term chemical transportation.
