Hydraulic Hose SAE 100 R7 adopts PA as the raw material of the inner tube. PA has high tensile strength and pressure resistance. Besides, it has excellent corrosion resistance. Thus it’s ideal for corrosive materials such as oil. Besides hydraulic system, it’s also ideal for pneumatic tools.

Inner tube: Oil resistant seamless thermoplastic Polyamide tube.
Reinforce: one or two layers of high tensile synthetic fibre braid.
Cover: Black and high abrasion resistant PU.
SAE100 R7 Thermoplastic Hydraulic Hose Application:
Medium pressure hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Exceeds SAE 100R7 requirements. For pneumatic or gaseous systems, use perforated (pin-pricked) hose.
Temperature range: -40℃ (-104 ℉) to +100℃ (+212 ℉)

SAE 100R7 Thermoplastic Hydraulic Hose is suitable for delivering synthetic, petroleum and water based hydraulic fluids in the working temperature from -40 °C to +100 °C. 100R7 Hydraulic Hose is non-conductive due to its special materials. 100r7 hose is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. The tube is made from high quality oil resistant thermoplastic, making the hose widely used in delivering synthetic, petroleum and water based hydraulic fluids. The reinforcement is made from suitable synthetic fiber and the cover is made from high quality thermoplastic, which is resistant to weather and hydraulic fluids. Inquiry now!
