Nitrile rubber is mainly produced by low-temp emulsion polymerization. It has excellent oil, high wear, heat resistance and strong adhesion. But it can not resist ozone and low temp. Besides, it has a lower elasticity.
Nitrile rubber is mainly used to make oil-resistant rubber products. Nitrile rubber has excellent oil resistance which is second only to polysulfide rubber and FKM. Besides, it has good wear resistance and air tightness. But NBR is not resistant to ozone and is not suitable for use as insulation material.

Fluorine rubber is a special rubber with oil, corrosion and high temp resistance. It has many varieties, mainly fluorine rubber 26. It is a non-toxic, non-flammable white solid. And it resists high temp, corrosion and oxidation. It can work at 250℃for a long time. But it can not resist low temp. Besides, it has a large density and high price.
Uses of fluorine rubber
Fluorine rubber is a regular guest in aviation, auto, petroleum, etc. And people mainly use it to produce gasket, sealing ring and other seals. It can also be used to produce hoses and protective equipment.
