Hydraulic Hose EN 857 1SC

Hydraulic Hose EN 857 1sc has the same structure with EN 853 1SN. But it has a smaller outer diameter. It can transfer hydraulic fluids such as lubricant at -40℃-100℃. It is ideal for the use in a narrow space.

Hydraulic Hose EN 857 1SC Details

Tube: oil resistant nitrile rubber

Reinforcement: one layer of high tensile steel wire braid

Working Temperature: -40℃ (-104 ℉) to +100℃ (+212 ℉)

Surface: wrapped surface or smooth surface

Size: 1/4″ to 1″

Hydraulic Hose EN 857 1SC

EN 857 1SC steel wire reinforced hydraulic hose is almost similar to EN 853 1SN steel wire reinforced hydraulic hose in structure. But the difference is that it has smaller outside diameters, which solves the problem of the compact and narrow installation space of some equipment. It is suitable for high pressure working conditions for its high tensile steel wire reinforcement. EN857 1SC hydraulic hose consists of three parts: tube, reinforce and cover. The tube is black and oil resistant synthetic rubber, making the hose resistant to abrasion and corrosion. The reinforce is  one layer of high tensile braided steel wire, making the hose resistant to high pressure. While the cover is oil, abrasion, corrosion, weather and aging resistant synthetic rubber with cloth impression.
