Hydraulic Hose SAE 100 R13 is a high pressure hose because of the special reinforce. The size less than 1” has 4 layers of steel wire braid. While the size large than 1” has 6 layers of steel wire braid. Thus it can bear much higher pressure which can be 35 Mpa.

Reinforcement: 4 layers (3/4-1″) or 6 layers (1-1/4,1-1/2, 2″) of steel wire spiral
Cover: oil and weather synthetic rubber

Temperature range: -40℃ (-104 ℉) to +100℃(+212 ℉)

Hydraulic Hose SAE 100 R13
SAE 100 R13 hydraulic hose is suitable for delivering petroleum based hydraulic oils mainly in high pressure working conditions. R13 hose is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. The tube is made from black and oil resistant synthetic rubber, making it have excellent performance in conveying petroleum based hydraulic oils. The reinforcement is made from multiple layers of high tensile and high strength thick spiraled steel wire in alternating direction, making the hose have extremely high working pressure. Besides, the steel wire spiraled hydraulic hose can bear higher working pressure than steel wire reinforced hydraulic hose. Therefore, the hose SAE 100R13 has outstanding performance in very high pressure environment. The cover is made from high quality black synthetic rubber, making the hose resistant to abrasion, corrosion, cut, weather, ozone, aging and sunlight.
Hydraulic Rubber Hose SAE100 R13 is suitable for extremely high pressure and high impulse hydraulic applications. This hose is designed to meet all the requirements of SAE 100R13 specifications and performance requirements of EN 856 4SH, EN856 4SP and EN856 R13. Compatible with biodegradable hydraulic fluids like synthetic esters, polyglycols and vegetable oils as well as petroleum-based fluids.
