SAE 100 R9/R10/R12 Steel Wire Spiraled Hydraulic Hose is suitable for delivering petroleum based hydraulic oils mainly used in high pressure working conditions. R9 hydraulic hose is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. The tube is made from black and oil resistant synthetic rubber, making it have outstanding performance in delivering petroleum based hydraulic oils. The reinforcement is made from four layers of high tensile and high strength thick spiraled steel wires in alternating direction, making the hose resistant to extremely high pressure. While the cover is made from high quality synthetic rubber, which is resistant to abrasion, corrosion, weather, ozone, cut, aging and sunlight. Inquiry now!
SAE 100 R9/R10/R12 Steel Wire Spiraled Hydraulic Hose is ideal for extremely high pressure and high impulse hydraulic applications. 100 R9 exceeds all the performance requirements OF SAE 100 R9 / R10 / R12, EN856 R9 / R10 / R12, SAE 100 R12 and EN856 4SP. Compatible with biodegradable hydraulic fluids like synthetic esters, polyglycols and vegetable oils as well as petroleum based fluids.
