Precautions for using hoses:
1. Be sure to use the food grade hose within the recommended temperature and pressure range.
2. The hose expands and contracts with its internal pressure. Please cut the hose to a length slightly longer than you need.
3. When applying pressure, please slowly open and close any valve to avoid shock pressure.
4. Please use the hose under conditions above its bending radius. Otherwise it will cause the PU duct hose to break and reduce the pressure resistance.
5. When using powder or granules, it may be prone to wear and tear depending on the conditions. Please enlarge the bending radius of the flexible hose as much as possible.
6. Do not use it in an extremely bent state near metal parts.
7. Never put the hose in direct contact or close to an open flame.
8. Do not use vehicles or other pressure to step on the hose.
For fluids:
1. The PU steel wire hose must be suitable for the fluid to transfer.
2. Please consult the product supplier before using the hose with oil, powder, toxic chemicals, strong acid or alkali.
Things to note when assembling PU food hose
1. Please choose a hose joint suitable for the size of the hose.
2. When inserting the end of the joint into the hose, apply oil on the hose and the end of the hose. Do not bake it with fire. If it cannot be inserted, use hot water to heat the hose and insert the connector.
3. Please insert the serrated tube end of the connector completely into the hose.
4. Do not use connectors that can be pushed in once, as this may cause the hose to rupture.
5. Avoid excessive ligation with wire, and please choose a special sleeve or tie.
6. Never use damaged or rusted connectors.
Safety Precautions:
1. Operators must wear safety protective clothing, including gloves, rubber boots, and goggles.
2. Ensure the work area is safe and orderly.
3. Check whether the joints on each pipe are secure.
4. When not in use, do not leave the pipe in a pressure-resistant state. Shut-off pressure can extend the life of the pipe.
