Wire Braided Air Hose adopts NR and SBR as the raw material of the inner tube. Then it’s reinforced with a braided steel wire, which makes it more strong and pressure resistant. While it can work at max 600 Psi. The cover protects the hose from wear and impact.

Wire Braided Air Hose
Wire Reinforced Air Hose will provide long service life in construction, mining or quarry. Its steel reinforce withstands extreme abuse, tugging and pulling. While the cover make the hose resist weather and wear. Besides, its tube resists heat and oil mist from compressors. But if the tube is subject to too much oil, this hose will swell and fail prematurely, as with excessive or prolonged heat which will degrade the rubber compounds.
Our heavy-duty, wire reinforced 600 PSI hose is available in two different models. One with a standard temperature range, up to 200 °F, and the other one with a high temperature range, up to 275 °F. The high-temp hose is ideal for high-temp compressor without after-cooler.
