Fuel Drop Hose
Fuel Drop Hose
Fuel Drop Hose is a special PVC hose to transfer oil, gasoline, biodiesel and other pertol based products at gravity. It’s the ideal choice for fuel tank truck. The hose has a PVC rigid outside the cover for extra wear resistance. Besides, there is a wire inside the hose to conduct the static.
Tube: nitrile rubber
Reinforcement: rigid PVC helix and embedded grounding wire
Cover: rigid PVC helix
Temperature: -10℃ (-50℉) to 65℃ (+150℉)
Size: 2″ to 4″
The hose has a PVC helix for extra flexibility, wear resistance and low coefficient of friction. Besides, the hose is light in weight and ideal for higher working pressure apps. It is suitable in gravity flow or medium suction at ambient temperature. The hose is to transfer biodiesel and ethanol blends, gasoline and other petroleum products with an aromatic content of 60% or less.
Fuel Drop Hose Structure:
Specially blended nitrile(NBR)rubber tube with rigid PVC helix and embedded grounding wire.
Fuel Drop Hose Applications:
The hose is usded for tank truck gravity drop fuel transfer.
Fuel Drop Hose Features:
●Specialty Rubber Compounds – Designde to handle gasoline, diesel, ethanol
●Durable Construction – Ddesigned with high tensile strength polyester yarn fabric reinforcement.
●Easy to Handle – Lighter weight and greater flexibility than conventional rubber drop hose
●Grounding Wire – Durable multi-strand copper wire dissipates static electricity
●Static Dissipating Tube – Specially formulated to help prevent the build-up of static electricity for added safety.
●Easy Slide Helix – Rigid clockwise helix design protects hose tube from cover wear
Temperature: -4˚F (-20℃) to 150˚F (+65.5℃)
