Cover:Black, smooth(wrapped finish), synthetic rubber, weathering and ozone resistant

Reinforcement:Multi ply synthetic fabric with steel wire helix

Specially designed softwall hose for delivery of dry cement, sand, gravel, etc. Equipped with excellent rebound, durability and wear resistance

Bulk Rubber Hose

Bulk Material Suction Hose is reinforced with spiralled high tensile textile cords with 4 highly flexible steel helix wires and static wire. The cover is a black conductive SBR/NR blend which is abrasion and ozone resistant. The hose bulk is to transfer dry bulk material such as cement, sand, lime, fertilizers, etc. Static dissipative hose can resist cutting and abrasion. 

Bulk Rubber Hose Application:

For suction, discharge or gravity flow of abrasives, dry cement, sand, gravel etc in sandblast recovery, mineral processing and power plants.

Temperature: -40°C to +82°C (-40°F to +180°F )
